Responsibilities

Manage activities and flow of work for the assigned clinical program.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate program services and initiatives.
• Hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff.
• Assign tasks and prioritizes and coordinates work.
• Collaborate with others to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems / performance measures.
• Monitor and adheres to budget.
• Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases, and other actions to insure compliance with budget guidelines.
