Location : Fresno, CA

Pay : $45$55 / hr depending on experience

Type : Full-Time, Onsite

Youll be joining a team working on one of the largest transportation infrastructure projects in the U.S. a project involving mass excavation, rail systems, complex trenching, utility relocations, and precision concrete scopes . What Youll Do

Track and process change orders, owner billings, and project documentation
Monitor job costs and support quantity takeoffs, labor analysis, and forecasting
Assist superintendents and PMs in schedule updates and field coordination
Support material procurement, 3rd party vendors, and subcontractor progress
Be on the ground this is an onsite engineering role , not a desk job

What Were Looking For

Bachelors in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related

3+ years of horizontal construction experience preferred

Comfortable working onsite with crews, field teams, and schedule pressure

Experience supporting civil scopes like grading, trenching, or concrete a big plus

Early-career engineers who want to grow fast and learn from experienced builders
