Duties
Prepare visit reports for each patient
Maintain demographic, PMH, current medication list and pharmacy information for each patient;
Schedule ancillary testing and referral appointments
Document status of all visits and any recommendations made on Referral Tracker
Assist with completion of prior authorization requests and disability paperwork
Contact patients at least 1-2 days prior to their appointments to send them the informed consent forms and telehealth link
Will be trained to administer questionnaires and brief speech and neurocognitive tests as applicable
CTE, FUs, LCPI, TBIS)
Requirements
Medical Assistant Certification
Must be tech-savvy and have knowledge of working in cloud-based software like G-Suite
Must be a team player and efficient
Must complete required pre-employment assessments
Benefits
Full time hourly W-2 position
14 days PTO
4 Mental Health Days (1 per Quarter)
6 paid holidays in addition to PTO
8 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm schedule, Mon-Fri (Fixed Weekends off)
Starting $20 / hour subject to periodic review at intervals determined at NBII’s sole discretion
