job_description.job_card.job_descriptionManage full-cycle accounting functions using QuickBooks Online while supporting front office responsibilities. Full-time, permanent position available immediately. On-site in Lewisville, TX. Help maintain financial integrity and support business operations during continued growth. Professional, structured, and client-facing with daily in-office responsibilities. Up to $80,000 annually based on experience, plus full benefits. The Senior Staff Accountant will work closely with the Controller to manage general ledger functions, reconcile accounts, process financial transactions, and contribute to administrative office tasks as needed. Maintain and reconcile the general ledger in QuickBooks Online Process customer receipts and vendor invoices Reconcile bank statements and expense reports Assist in month-end close and financial reporting Manage W9s and tax exemption certificates Order supplies and coordinate front office functions Provide occasional administrative support Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum of 2 years’ experience using QuickBooks Online Strong knowledge of GAAP and full-cycle accounting Proficient in Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Professional appearance and dependable attendance Comfortable with basic office equipment and front office tasks Schedule : Monday to Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (On-Site) Benefits : Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 100 Hours of Vacation Annually 40 Hours of Personal Leave (PTO) 401(k) Plan (No Company Match) 9 Paid Holidays If you’re interested in learning more about this opportunity or would like to discuss your qualifications, please apply now.
