Job Description Summary

We are seeking a qualified, safety-minded, detail-oriented, highly organized individual with strong technical and communication skills. The position will take direction with general supervision from the Procure to Pay Director and requires interaction with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• P-card administrator responsible for card issuance, transaction monitoring, policy compliance and reporting for Midsouth region
• Concur administrator responsible for customizing system settings, providing user training, generating reports, and ensuring compliant financial operations for Midsouth region
• Daily check run and APUI pulls approvals
• New / change vendor verifications and approvals
• MUC administrator (Utilities payment vendor)
• Month-end involvement for AP related activities, p-cards and MUC
• Responsible for Materials Marine AP payments
• Responsible for posting recurring payment for the Midsouth region
• Works closely with AP and PO department to help with problems / errors
• Other duties as directed by manager
