Johnson Brothers Corporation a Southland Holdings Company We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Superintendent to oversee and manage asphalt paving operations on major projects. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with extensive paving experience, excellent organizational skills, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate daily asphalt paving operations
• Manage crews, equipment, and schedules to ensure timely project completion
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and job orders
• Ensure quality control and compliance with project standards
• Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and inspectors
• Enforce company safety policies and maintain a safe jobsite
