Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounts payable activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute end-to-end accounts payable processes.
• Review, verify, and process invoices and payment requests in a timely manner.
• Perform payment runs, including checks, ACH transfers, and wires.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or payment issues.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records within the accounting system.
• Respond to vendor inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Provide guidance and education on AP procedures to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with month-end closing activities such as accruals and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and controls.
• Support additional finance projects and initiatives as needed.
