We are seeking a Social Media Manager to craft, execute, and elevate our social media strategy across all platforms. Your role?

Create compelling content, grow communities, and drive engagement that authentically reflects the Oliveda mission, while supporting marketing goals and measurable growth.

What You’ll Do

Develop & Execute Social Media Strategy

Define the global social media vision across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms, ensuring consistent brand storytelling and engagement.

Content Creation & Community Management

Collaborate with creative, influencer, and marketing teams to produce high-quality, visually stunning, and on-brand content. Manage communities, respond to audience interactions, and foster authentic relationships with followers.

Analyze & Optimize Performance

Track KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, follower growth, and ROI / ROAS from social campaigns. Use insights to refine strategy, inform campaigns, and maximize impact.

Collaborate Across Teams

Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, creative, and product teams to ensure campaigns, launches, and activations are amplified through social channels.

Stay Ahead of Trends

Monitor emerging social media trends, platform updates, and beauty / wellness culture to keep Oliveda ahead of the curve and connected to audiences worldwide.

Support Influencer Partnerships & Campaigns

Partner with influencer marketing to amplify campaigns, product launches, and activations, ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing (beauty / wellness strongly preferred)
• Strong creative vision and storytelling skills
• Experience with social media analytics, reporting, and ROI / ROAS-driven campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple platforms, campaigns, and content calendars simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Passion for sustainability, wellness, and mission-driven brands
