Compensation : $100,000 - $180,000 a year

In-person, in customer's homes : Full-Time

Five Star Bath Solutions is expanding rapidly into Connecticut , and we’re looking for an experienced bathroom remodeler to take charge of installation and over time, production. This is your opportunity to be at the ground floor , leading from the front while closing deals and building a high-performance sales team .

Duties

• Install directly in the home – Lead by example and be the top installer
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performance installation team (over time)
• Execute a proven installation system – No guesswork, just results
• Drive accountability and push your team to hit revenue goals
• Pay Weekly Per completed job
