Role : ServiceNow Admin
- 6+ years of experience with managing ServiceNow
- Excellent understanding of the ServiceNow product suite (ITSM and ITOM / CMDB)
- Fundamental understanding of technologies used with ServiceNow integration (eBonding, SSO, REST, APIs, etc)
- Good understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM
- ServiceNow certifications
- ITIL4 Foundation certification
- CMDB, Discovery and JavaScript skills – should have worked with relationships, discovery patterns, troubleshooting any of the issues with the CMBD
- ITOM, ITAM world and / or integrations, CSM (Employee Center Development)
