What You'll Do :

• Assist the Registered Dietitian in providing personalized nutritional care
• Ensure meals and snacks are safe, appetizing, and tailored to each resident's needs
• Help monitor dietary quality and compliance with healthcare standards
• Collaborate with dietary staff, care teams, and residents to promote satisfaction and wellbeing
• Participate in care conferences, resident council meetings, and new resident onboarding
