We are actively hiring for a National OSP Branch Manager to oversee regional branch operations and project delivery teams supporting outside plant infrastructure across multiple states. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational performance, ensuring consistent project execution, and developing high performing teams in key markets. The ideal candidate is a seasoned OSP leader with strong financial oversight, customer management experience, and the ability to support a large geographical footprint.

Job Summary :

The National OSP Branch Manager leads outside plant operations at a national level, managing regional branches, project teams, and subcontractors across multiple markets. This role is responsible for overseeing all project phases from presales to close out, ensuring safety compliance, driving profitability, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires frequent travel and collaboration with internal leadership, field teams, and external partners to ensure alignment across all active job sites.

Key Responsibilities

National Operations Oversight

Oversee multiple regional OSP branches and field operations across the country

Standardize workflows, ensure process alignment, and implement best practices company wide

Support all project phases including presales, planning, execution, and close out

Monitor nationwide project schedules, labor forecasting, budget tracking, and overall performance

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permitting requirements, and customer expectations

Team Leadership and Development

Manage and mentor regional branch managers, project managers, and field supervisors

Support staffing, onboarding, and training across all regions

Set performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and support

Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Customer and Account Management

Serve as a senior point of contact for enterprise level clients and program stakeholders

Ensure consistency in project delivery and customer experience across all job sites

Conduct regular check ins, job walks, and review meetings with national clients

Identify growth opportunities across regions and support account expansion

Financial and Contract Oversight

Review and manage budgets, purchase orders, change orders, and project margins

Track labor hours, material costs, backlog, and billing across all active markets

Maintain alignment of project documentation, contract terms, and billing schedules

Partner with finance and executive leadership to support forecasting and revenue goals

Skills and Qualifications

Required

7 to 10 years of experience in OSP or telecom infrastructure

5 or more years in a leadership role managing multiple teams or locations

Proven success managing large scale, multi state infrastructure programs

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office applications

Experience with underground, aerial, and fiber construction methods

Ability and willingness to travel extensively nationwide

Preferred

Associate or bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field

PMP or other project management certification

RCDD certification is a plus

Experience working with large telecom providers, general contractors, or utility clients

Physical Requirements

Ability to visit construction sites, walk job areas, conduct field inspections, and travel regularly
