Analyze sales data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement Customer Success & Retention Adapt day-to-day activities to meet the unique needs of customers. Team Collaboration & Coordination Facilitate effective handoffs and communication between teams to maintain account continuity and satisfaction. Assist with scheduling and coordinating partner meetings with outside sales representatives. 3 years of experience in account management sales support or customer service preferably in distribution or related industries. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook) Experience working with a distributor-based sales model a plus Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage diverse responsibilities. Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with customers and internal teams. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high levels of satisfaction. Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented and proactive in managing tasks and resolving issues. Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedPartner Success Specialistto serve as a key liaison between ourOutside Sales Representatives (OSRs) and partner accounts. This role will be the primary point of contact for our Partner Account and will be critical in driving customer satisfaction operational efficiency and sales growth by managing partner accounts activities facilitating internal processes and deepening customer relationships.
JOB DUTIES :
- Account Management & Sales Support
Serve as the primary support for Outside Sales Reps addressing high-level customer inquiries and assisting in account management to maximize revenue & gross margin on assigned book of business.
Manage Salesforce data including account updates pipeline tracking and reporting to support sales representatives.
Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers & suppliers to drive satisfaction loyalty and retention.
Partner closely with sales reps and other sales roles including EB Sales Engineers and store counter sales teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
