The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their team. Key responsibilities for the COO include leading the executive team, guiding strategic planning and execution, and ensuring that the company's core values are upheld. The successful candidate will be a problem solver, balancing accountability with empathy, and will be high in emotional intelligence, with a proven track record of managing P&L and driving organizational growth.

This role demands a leader who is experienced in overseeing senior leaders, has a successful history of driving growth, and can manage P&L within the specified range. The COO will be responsible for building and mentoring the next generation of leaders, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring that processes and procedures are consistently followed. The ideal candidate will be a strong, direct communicator, and will be comfortable challenging the visionaries to enhance alignment. A background in multiple industries and familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is preferred, and an MBA or advanced degree in business or management is desired. The COO will be expected to lead with transparency, high accountability, and a strong work ethic, while helping the company achieve its vision for growth and lasting impact.
