We have guided a wide range of extraordinary clients through dynamic shifts in technology and the world economy that have profoundly affected strategies for protecting and enforcing brands and content. We represent clients from a variety of industries and our attorneys are well-versed in both transactional and litigation matters.

We are seeking a Litigation Associate to join our office in Austin TX. All attorneys are expected to work in-office on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays.

What Youll Do

• Assist with and lead aspects of U.S. trademark and copyright litigation including pleadings discovery motions practice hearings pretrial and trial
• Handle TTAB (Trademark Trial and Appeal Board) proceedings including oppositions and cancellations
• Draft pleadings and motions conduct legal research and assist with managing case strategy
• Manage document collection review and production
• Manage written discovery requests and responses
• Assist with depositions and deposition preparation
• Interface directly with clients providing practical and business-minded advice on legal strategies and ongoing matters
