Key Responsibilities :

Provide Personalized Care : Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal support—always maintaining dignity and respect.

Promote Comfort & Safety : Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions, ensuring their well-being in a safe, nurturing environment.

Foster Meaningful Connections : Build trust and relationships with residents and families to enhance their quality of life.

Maintain Cleanliness : Keep resident rooms and communal areas clean, organized, and hygienic.

Ensure Accurate Documentation : Record care activities and communicate updates clearly with nursing and care staff.

Collaborate with the Care Team : Work alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide individualized, holistic care.

Enhance Quality of Life : Engage residents in activities that support their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Qualifications :

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Florida
