Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Superintendent to lead field operations on complex structural concrete projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep experience in the concrete trade and a passion for delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all field activities and subcontractors.
• Maintain and update project schedules using Procore.
• Conduct daily site walks and weekly safety meetings.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA 30 and CALOSHA safety standards.
• Interpret and enforce construction plans, specifications, and codes.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, consultants, and trades.
• Submit daily logs and weekly progress / variance reports.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.

Qualifications

1015 years of experience in the concrete trade.

23 years of experience as a foreman or superintendent.

Proven experience with high-rise, mid-rise, podiums, and parking structures.

Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong command of Procore, scheduling tools, and construction documentation.

OSHA 30 certification required.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Performance Metrics

Projects delivered on budget and on schedule. High standards of quality and cleanliness maintained. Effective management of subcontractors and field crews.

This is a Permanent position based out of Glendale, CA.

The pay range for this position is $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 / yr. Competitive salary based on experience.
