Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will monitor patient assessments, develop individual care plans, and ensure the delivery of comprehensive care by working closely with an interdisciplinary team.
Formulate, revise, and evaluate care plans based on patient responses to treatment.Collaborate with team members to address individual patient needs and goals.Administer medications and conduct treatments in line with hospital policies.Delegate tasks appropriately to non-licensed staff members per practice standards.Provide care for patients before and after surgery, ensuring comfort and recovery.Educate patients and families about treatment processes and care strategies.Assist with discharge planning in coordination with the healthcare team.Requirements
1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) is preferred.Capability to recognize cardiac rhythms is a plus.Education
Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.Licenses and Certifications
