This Position reports to :

Value Chain Transformation Owner - Drive

As an intern you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience through various projects. Each day you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your skills by supporting ABBs operations and enhancing personal education / employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is onsite in New Berlin Wisconsin.

You will be mainly accountable for :

Gain hands-on experience with our production setup and assist in resolving simple issues.

Develop skills in BI report creation and support dataflow / report development needs.

Create or update business process flows and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Work with SAP and other enterprise applications used across functions to understand and support business operations.

Build a foundational understanding of discrete manufacturing processes.

Coordinate meetings capture business requirements and ensure effective communication across teams.

Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation training materials and knowledge base articles.

Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel SQL Python or other BI platforms to extract analyze and interpret data that supports business decision-making and reporting.

Qualifications for the role :

Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Computer Engineering Business Administration or a closely related field at an accredited institution in the United States.

Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorshipnow and in the future.

Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.

Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Exhibit the capability to manage several tasks at once while maintaining high standards of quality.

Collaborate with team members to convey ideas share information and provide updates on project progress.
