REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Manager HRBP in Winston Salem NC

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Supporting assigned functional managers in areas including but not limited to recruiting employee moves compensation and cyclical processes as both a process expert and liaison with internal HR COE partners
• Proactively owning real-time data monitoring input and maintenance for designated Corporate functions ensuring data accuracy and integrity across HR systems organizational charts functional spreadsheets and Headcount / Total Employment Cost processes
• Serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits leaves and HR policies ensuring timely and accurate resolution and adherence to policy
• Supporting cyclical HR processes such as performance reviews compensation cycles and talent management initiatives in partnership with HR COEs
• Supporting the full-cycle recruitment process of functional and Early Careers roles through strong partnership with Talent Acquisition ensuring roles are filled with speed and quality talent
