A leading premium cookware and kitchenware company is looking for a Head of Recruiting a high-performance operator who can own hiring end-to-end, run flawless interview operations, and build a predictable pipeline of top-tier talent across every department.

What You'll Own
- Full ownership of the recruiting lifecyclefrom intake to offer acceptance.
- Schedule and run all internal interviews with Marketing, Creative, Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams.
- Serve as the primary coordinator for cross-functional interview loops, ensuring calendars, prep, and communication are seamless.
- Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline across corporate, creative, and technical roles.
- Filter, screen, and qualify talent ruthlessly only the best make it through.
- Partner with department heads on role requirements, competencies, and scorecards.
- Implement structured hiring systems, including interview frameworks, feedback forms, and post-interview debriefs.
- Maintain flawless candidate communication zero drop-offs, zero ghosting.
- Track key hiring metrics (speed to hire, funnel conversion, offer acceptance, quality of hire) and report weekly.
- Own ATS hygiene, candidate experience, and compliance across the full funnel.
