Manager Of Radiology Operations
An exciting opportunity is available for a full-time Manager of Radiology Operations in San Francisco, California. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader experienced in radiology department management who is dedicated to operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and fostering a collaborative clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily radiology department operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care
- Manage staffing schedules, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for radiology staff
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation requirements
- Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and administrative staff to improve imaging services
- Develop and maintain radiology policies and procedures
