Application Engineer - BAS About the Role

A growing precision controls and automation company is seeking a technically sharp and customer-focused Application Engineer to join their team. This role bridges engineering and client engagement, supporting custom solutions for industrial and commercial control systems.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to design and implement control system solutions
Develop technical documentation including BOMs, schematics, and wire run diagrams
Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to clients
Customize applications based on customer specifications and site conditions
Interface with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

1-3 years of experience in controls, automation, or application engineering

Proficiency in Visio, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD tools

Familiarity with PLC programming and control systems (e.g., HVAC, building automation)

Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Benefits

Compensation $70,000 - $130,000 (based on experience)
