Qualifications :

Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience in an acute care facility with 1,000+ beds.

Academic hospital experience preferred.

Proficiency in Epic and Allscripts strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of utilization review, discharge planning, and care coordination.

Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

First-time travelers are not accepted for this role.
