Job Summary :

The Surgical Technician assists surgeons and nurses in the operating room by preparing and maintaining a sterile environment handling instruments and ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures. This role requires experience in various surgical cases including Ortho Neuro and Vascular within an outpatient and community hospital setting. The Surgical Tech must be available for on-call duties and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment.
• Assist surgeons by passing instruments and supplies during procedures.
• Ensure proper handling and sterilization of surgical instruments.
• Monitor and maintain equipment.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and efficient workflow.
• Document surgical procedures and maintain accurate records.
