• What You’ll Do

As a

• Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• , you’ll help children learn, grow, and thrive through play-based, engaging therapy sessions.

You will :

• Implement individualized treatment plans under OT supervision
• Deliver creative, play-based therapy sessions (30–60 mins)
• Empower families with practical, easy-to-use strategies for home carryover
• Collaborate with a team of OTs, PTs, SLPs, and assistants in a supportive environment
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system
• Track and celebrate progress — because every small victory matters!
• Participate in community events, parent workshops, and outreach programs

• What You Bring
• Associate Degree from an accredited COTA program
• Current Idaho COTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
