- What You’ll Do
As a
- Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- , you’ll help children learn, grow, and thrive through play-based, engaging therapy sessions.
You will :
- Implement individualized treatment plans under OT supervision
- Deliver creative, play-based therapy sessions (30–60 mins)
- Empower families with practical, easy-to-use strategies for home carryover
- Collaborate with a team of OTs, PTs, SLPs, and assistants in a supportive environment
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system
- Track and celebrate progress — because every small victory matters!
- Participate in community events, parent workshops, and outreach programs

- What You Bring
- Associate Degree from an accredited COTA program
- Current Idaho COTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A natural ability to connect with children and families
