Key Responsibilities
Project & Construction Management
- Lead and coordinate all phases of telecom infrastructure projects from initial site design through construction completion.
- Manage RFQ / RFP processes, contract negotiations, sealed bids, bid package distribution, bid walks, and project awards.
- Monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical feasibility standards through drawing reviews and value engineering.
Financial Oversight
Oversee project budgets from proposal through final delivery.Track expenditures, manage cost controls, and ensure financial accountability across all phases.Support forecasting and reporting for program-level financial performance.Reporting & Communication
Develop and maintain detailed reports on program status, schedules, and financials.Interface with vendors, contractors, and internal teams through calls, meetings, and written communications.Respond promptly to emails, provide clear updates, and actively participate in cross-functional meetings.Quality Assurance & Technical Evaluation
Establish and maintain QA procedures, standards, and training related to site design and construction.Evaluate new products, services, and vendors, weighing pros and cons including cost, system impact, reliability, and compatibility.Regulatory & Permitting Coordination
Liaise with municipal agencies to secure building permits, schedule inspections, and obtain certificates of occupancy.Ensure all regulatory requirements are met throughout the construction lifecycle.Team Leadership & Development
Provide guidance and direction to project teams, fostering growth and development.Promote collaboration across departments and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
