Job Description

Salary : $18-$19 / Hour

We have an immediate opening for an Order Processing position that will be cross-trained in Customer Service and Inventory monitoring. In this role, you will process orders through our warehouse and manufacturers, working to protect profit and enhance the customer experience. This job requires strong attention to detail and communication skills. As the front line in protecting profitability, you will communicate with both our sales department, warehouse and vendors to maximize efficiency in customer service. Your responsibilities include reviewing orders, inputting them into our shipment system, and processing them to ensure proper fulfillment through the most efficient warehouses and timely delivery. Additionally, you will track inventory levels and communicate daily with our customer service team to provide updates on client orders and current inventory status.

Duties and Responsibilities

Helping with mishipped and wrong parts
Front line in protecting our reputation
Input orders into company system
Create shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries
Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments
Communicate delivery updates with CS team
Monitor inventory

Requirements and Qualifications

2+ years of phone experience

Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

Data entry experience

Excellent communication and organizational skills
