Minimum 1 year of recent Med / Surg nursing experience / n

BLS certification required / n

Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently in a healthcare setting / n

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities / n

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical unit / n

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress / n

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers / n

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes / n

Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions / n

Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff / n
