Sales Representative

✍ Short Description :

We’re looking for a Sales Representative to promote and sell HVAC and Appliance Repair Technician courses. This is a high-energy, phone-based sales role combining customer service with a strong closing ability. You’ll manage inbound and outbound calls with qualified leads, guide prospective students through the enrollment process, and confidently close sales using a one-call close approach.

💰 Compensation : Competitive base salary + commissions.

🗣 Language Requirements : Advanced English (C1+ level)

🌎 Location : 100% Remote

🕒 Schedule :

Tuesday to Friday : 1 : 00 PM – 8 : 00 PM (US EST)

Saturday : 9 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM (US EST)

💼 Responsibilities :

Manage inbound warm leads (30%) and perform outbound calls (70%) to engage prospective students.

Use a one-call close approach to convert leads and confidently ask for the sale.

Answer student questions and explain the benefits of enrolling in our courses.

Use the Go High Level CRM to manage leads, track conversations, and schedule follow-ups.

Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

💡 Qualifications :

Prior experience in phone or video-based sales .

Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals and earn commission.

Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus (training available).

Background in education, career services, or course enrollment sales.

Experience selling to U.S.-based clients or students.
