Call Center Customer Service Representative
Automation Personnel Services is looking for Customer Service Representatives for a Call Center based in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work for a well-established family-owned wholesale distribution center. Pay Rate
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience. Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm. Call Center Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities
- Reach out via phone and email to assigned accounts regularly to build lasting relationships.
- Ensure account and contact information is accurate and up to date.
- Assist clients in placing orders and answering questions to ensure a great overall experience.
- Inform and suggest new products to current accounts.
- Escalate client issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
