Billing and Finance SME

A company is looking for a CSS Billing & Finance SME. Key Responsibilities Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Billing and Finance functions within the CSS environment Analyze, maintain, and improve billing and financial systems and workflows Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs and identify areas for improvement Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in billing and finance operations, with at least 2 years in a SME capacity Hands-on experience with MF COBOL and Customer / 1 in a billing or finance-related role Experience working in regulated environments or with utility clients is a plus Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is preferred
