The ManufacturingManager oversees all aspects of production and operational performance within a manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring that products are produced safely efficiently on time and to quality standards. The manager leads production teams optimizes processes manages resources and drives continuous improvement to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan coordinate and monitor daily manufacturing operations to meet output quality and delivery targets.
• Supervise train and motivate production staff and supervisors to foster a high-performance culture.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives to streamline workflows eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
• Maintain strict adherence to product quality standards through consistent monitoring and corrective actions.
• Enforce workplace safety procedures and ensure compliance with all health safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage staffing equipment and materials ensuring optimal utilization and coordination with procurement and supply chain teams.
• Develop and manage budgets analyze production data and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
