The Role

As the Onboarding Specialist for our Daylight product, you will play a critical role in helping multifamily property owners and operators maximize revenue, optimize occupancy, and enhance portfolio performance through the effective implementation and support of revenue management software. You will partner closely with property teams to configure systems, analyze performance data, and guide strategic pricing decisions that drive measurable results.

This role requires a strong blend of analytical expertise, technical proficiency, and client-facing communication skills. You'll serve as a trusted partner to our customers, ensuring successful system adoption, delivering actionable revenue insights, and helping property teams unlock the full value of our platform.
