Family Nurse Practitioner

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Physician Supervisor, the Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant provides health care services to patients who may have acute episodic conditions or chronic problems, as well as those seeking health evaluation, preventive care and / or education and counseling. The NP or PA also works closely with Health Center / Clinic Manager to ensure comprehensive delivery of services and quality patient care.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or a Physician Assistant Program approved by the California Physician Assistant Board
• Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing.
• 2 years work experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• National Provider Identification Number (NPI).
• Completion of a Controlled Substances Education Course
• Computer proficiency, particularly with Electronic Health / Medical Record systems and the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position. This position is also eligible for our annual incentive program bonus. If you are hired at TrueCare, your final base salary (within the pay range), will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members when determining any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer generous benefits and retirement plans.
