Prospect for new clients while fostering strong connections with existing ones. Act as an objective third-party advisor, committed to serving the best interests of farm families. Educate clients on market strategies, helping them gain clarity reducing stress in decision-making. Strong Leadership & Influence : You naturally take charge and inspire action in others. You can break down complex challenges and offer clear, effective solutions. You identify opportunities, take initiative, and follow through on commitments. You genuinely care about helping farm families achieve financial stability. Candidates may qualify through various paths, including : Preferred Background : 2-4 years of agriculture-related experience, OR Educational Background : An Associate or Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience OR equivalent professional experience.
