REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Workers Compensation Analyst in Winston Salem
We are looking for a knowledgeable and organized Workers Compensation Analyst to manage our workers compensation program and support injured employees through recovery and return-to-work processes. This role is critical in ensuring regulatory compliance timely case management and a positive employee experience.
Your key responsibilities will include :
- Serve as the liaison for employees managers insurance carriers and medical providers in managing workers compensation claims.
- Support employees throughout the workers compensation process ensuring timely and accurate claim submission and resolution
- Manage claim lifecycle coordinate return-to-work plans and assist in accommodations as needed.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal workers compensation laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with Legal Risk Management and Safety teams on complex cases.
What are we looking for
Professional with bachelors degree in Human Resources Occupational Health or related field preferred.2 years of experience managing workers compensation claims.Knowledge of state and federal workers compensation laws and regulations.Excellent organizational and analytical skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and empathy.Experience within the legal field is preferred.WE ARE REYNOLDS AMERICANA member of the BRITISH AMERICAN TOBACCO GROUP
