REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Workers Compensation Analyst in Winston Salem

We are looking for a knowledgeable and organized Workers Compensation Analyst to manage our workers compensation program and support injured employees through recovery and return-to-work processes. This role is critical in ensuring regulatory compliance timely case management and a positive employee experience.

Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Serve as the liaison for employees managers insurance carriers and medical providers in managing workers compensation claims.
  • Support employees throughout the workers compensation process ensuring timely and accurate claim submission and resolution
  • Manage claim lifecycle coordinate return-to-work plans and assist in accommodations as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal workers compensation laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with Legal Risk Management and Safety teams on complex cases.

What are we looking for

  • Professional with bachelors degree in Human Resources Occupational Health or related field preferred.
  • 2 years of experience managing workers compensation claims.
  • Knowledge of state and federal workers compensation laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and empathy.
  • Experience within the legal field is preferred.

  • 401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
