Head Cook / Pit Master

Tuesday through Sunday (6-days a week).

• Generally 5AM to 2PM. Different shift times may be offered and discussed during the interview process.
• Job Description :

Cook meats and prepare other food items each day.

• Once service begins, slice meats and serve plates to guests.
• Keep area clean and maintain equipment
• Putting away deliveries.
• Minimum Qualifications include but are not limited to :

Must be at least sixteen (18) years of age.

• No Beards.
• Requires being on your feet.
• Requires lifting heavy objects.
• Some qualities of a successful Head Cook / Pit Master…
