Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Conduct coverage reviews to identify clients needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
• Educate clients on policy options, benefits, and coverage details
• Prepare and present customized quotes, closing sales with professionalism and confidence
• Manage follow-ups, renewals, and policy changes while providing top-tier client service

Requirement

• Active Property & Casualty and / or Life & Health insurance license (required)
• Prior experience in insurance sales or customer service (preferred)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed goals
