About the role

We are on the lookout for a  Fulfillment Team Lead in Santa Fe Springs, LA  who shares our passion for being Customer Obsessed. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in being responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. This role involves leading a team of warehouse associates, coordinating activities, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in logistics or warehouse management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range : $23-$26 per hour

Full Time, requires weekend availability

Key Responsibilities :

• Receiving and storing inventory delivered to the warehouse;
• Staging and sorting of items, palletizing, and crating;
• Provide regular reports on warehouse performance and key metrics (SLAs) to the operations leadership,
• Move, pick, pack, and scan items in a safe manner;
• Use of tools including but not limited to scanners, carts, hand trucks and dollies;
• Daily submission and completion of all required documentation in an accurate fashion;
• Follow all 5S processes consistently and effectively;
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture;
• Train new employees on company standards and procedures;
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse associates;
• Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity;
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback;
• Ensure accurate inventory management, including stock counts and reconciliations;
• Implement and maintain warehouse processes and procedures to maximize efficiency;
• Enforce safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment;
• Address and resolve any issues related to damaged or missing goods;
• Liaise with other departments, such as procurement, account management, and customer service, to coordinate activities and resolve issues;
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external partners.
