Prepare subcontract agreements (including subcontract amendments for applicable subcontractors), purchase order agreements, and change ordersMonthly Pay Applications, including Lien Waivers.Contract administration (Contract Recordation (Notice of Contracts), Owner Change Orders, Substantial Completion, L&P Certificates).Assembling project close-out documentation.Coordinate set-up of field office, utilities, and network / ITProvide assistance on bid days as necessaryManagement of master project filesPerform administrative duties such as typing, filing, copying, and fielding telephone callsAssist with receptionist duties as assignedExperience with Certified Payroll / Davis Bacon DeterminationExperience with DBE programs and compliance documents (collect / review)Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
