💼 What We Offer :

Competitive Pay : $17-$21 / hr

Flexible Schedule : Full-time, 3 shifts per week (6 PM - 6 AM)

Weekend Balance : Just 4 weekend shifts per month

Career Growth : Nursing Tuition Reimbursement - earn up to $500 / month toward your nursing program

🩺 What You'll Do :

Be the friendly, reliable face answering call lights and supporting residents' daily needs

Assist with daily living activities : mobility, bathing, dressing, meals, and more

Support residents with dignity and respect by monitoring comfort, preferences, and dietary needs

Document intake / output as needed and promptly report condition changes to nursing staff

Build lasting relationships with residents and their families
