Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Speech Language Pathologist located in Concord, CA, possibly with some work-from-home flexibility. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders, as well as dysphagia. Daily tasks include developing individualized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. The Speech Language Pathologist will also document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy and addressing Speech Disorders
• Experience with Dysphagia treatment
• Knowledge of Communication and Language Disorders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
• Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of California
• Experience working in diverse healthcare settings is a plus
