Family Medicine Physician Assistant

Join our dedicated team as a Physician Assistant in Family Medicine! In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with advanced practice clinicians across a multidisciplinary team that includes social workers, nurse case management, and clinical pharmacists. With behavioral health services embedded in our clinic and access to an onsite psychiatrist and pharmacy, you will have robust support to provide exceptional care to patients.

• Preferred : 1 to 3 years of experience in outpatient Family Medicine.
• We are looking for a flexible candidate who is eager to work as part of a patient-centered medical home.
• Current patient panel ranges from pediatrics to adults.
• Standard Monday through Friday clinic schedule.
