The VP will also oversee charge capture, coding integrity, billing compliance, denials management, and reimbursement optimization, and must be a subject matter expert in reimbursement models, coding accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Candidates for the Vice President of Revenue Integrity position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience. Expertise in coding, charge capture, reimbursement methodologies, and healthcare compliance is essential, as is a strong understanding of revenue cycle automation tools and data analytics.
