Job Title : Tester Operator

Location : Aurora, CO

Pay Rate : $18.03 per hour

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 12 : 00 PM – 8 : 30 PM

Training Schedule : Monday–Friday, 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM (first 2 weeks)Job Overview : We are currently hiring for a Tester Operator in Aurora, CO. This is a full-time position working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing physical tasks throughout the shift.Bilingual (English and Spanish) associates are welcome and accommodated.Responsibilities :

Operate testing equipment to verify functionality and quality of products
Use RF scanners to track and document inventory
Perform basic computer data entry and follow digital instructions
Inspect products for defects or inconsistencies
Stand, bend, twist, and lift items consistently throughout the shift
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors

Requirements :

Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time

Comfortable with bending, twisting, and lifting regularly

Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems

Experience using RF scanners is preferred, but not required

Must be able to attend mandatory 2-week training (6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM) before transitioning to the regular shift

Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment

Schedule & Pay :

Pay Rate : $18.03 per hour

Regular Shift : Monday–Friday, 12 : 00 PM – 8 : 30 PM

Training Shift : Monday–Friday, 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM (first 2 weeks only)
