As a Research Financial Analyst, you will serve as the primary resource for operating units regarding the collection of data, analysis and evaluation of operational resources, services, programs, systems, budgets and procedures. You will support the collection and evaluation of operational resources, services, programs, systems, budgets and procedures through both standard and ad hoc reporting to meet enterprise needs.

A caregiver in this role works days from 8 : 00 a.m. 5 : 00 p.m.

This position will be onsite at Main Campus for the first 90 days, then transitions to a hybrid schedule.

A caregiver who excels in this role will :

• Analyze and evaluate operational and financial functions of administrative and operational units.
• Analyze departmental resources, services, systems, budgets, and programs and prepare reports based on analysis.
• Conduct comprehensive statistical analysis and evaluation of unit services and performance.
• Identify program or service strengths, weaknesses, and financial impact and identify opportunities for service and program improvement.
• Develop special reports and recommendations.
• Provide input in the development of operational plans, procedures and systems.
• Review and evaluate current procedures and systems and develop recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain awareness of and comply with various regulatory guidelines (JCAHO, FDA, HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).
