Role Description

This is a part-time, remote LCSW Supervisor opportunity in California. The LCSW Supervisor will be licensed in California. They will oversee and guide licensed and pre-licensed social workers and mental health professionals, providing individual, triadic and / or group supervision sessions. The supervisor will also ensure adherence to regulatory standards and organizational requirements while fostering professional development among team members.

Qualifications

• LCSW license in California
• Strong foundation in Mental Health and Behavioral Health, with the ability to provide guidance on complex cases
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills for effective supervision
• Current LCSW licensure with relevant supervisory experience
• Familiarity with applicable regulations and legal requirements in the mental health field
• Ability to work independently in a remote capacity.
• Experience in training or mentoring other professionals is preferred
