Salary : $15$17 / hour total compensation based on individual performance

Ideal for a candidate passionate about IT and eager to grow in a dynamic field.

Schedule : 40 hours per week, M-F 9 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM. Occasional Saturday shifts from 10 : 00 AM 2 : 00 PM.

Saturday shifts are rotational, typically 2 Saturdays on, 4 Saturdays off. If you work on a Saturday, you will be given a half-day off during the week.

Compensation : $13 / hour Base + Performance Bonus

Technicians who consistently meet performance goals typically earn an additional $3-$4 per hour, bringing your total hourly rate to $16-$17.

    Starting as an Entry-Level Repair Technician, youll join our team with limited or no prior experience. During your first year, you'll receive hands-on training and complete a series of company-sponsored certifications including CompTIA IT Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, and CompTIA A+, among others.

    After gaining 12 years of experience and completing your certifications, youll have the opportunity to grow into one of two career tracks :

  • Advanced Repair Technician You'll become a senior technician in-store, mentoring junior techs and handling more complex repairs.
  • Onsite Support Technician Youll provide support to residential and small business clients directly in the field, expanding your scope of work.
  • At either level, you'll continue building your skills by pursuing certifications like CompTIA Network+. Youll also gain experience with PBX systems, cloud platforms, and multi-platform environments, giving you a versatile, future-ready toolkit.

    With approximately 3 years of experience and foundational certifications (A+, Network+, Microsoft), youll be ready to transition to our sister company, CW IT Support.

    There, as an MSP Technician, youll work alongside enterprise-level organizations, manage complex IT infrastructures, and lead large-scale technical projects unlocking the next level of your IT career.

  • Requirements :

  • Education High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (technology or retail environments preferred).
  • Valid Drivers License Must have reliable transportation for occasional off-site service or training needs.
  • Self-Motivated and Accountable Able to work independently, stay organized, and follow through without the need for constant supervision.
  • As an In-Store Repair Technician, you'll be responsible for :

  • Diagnosing and Repairing Devices Accurately diagnose and repair hardware and software issues across computers, smartphones, tablets, and game consoles. Recommend the best repair or replacement solution based on the customers needs.
  • Managing Software and Systems Install, update, and configure operating systems, software, and applications to keep devices running smoothly.
  • Ensuring System Security Install and maintain antivirus and endpoint protection. Educate customers on best practices for digital safety.
  • Maintaining Detailed Records Document all repairs, updates, and installations to maintain clear service history and ensure transparency.
  • Enhancing Client Experience Identify needs and recommend solutions such as protection plans, hardware upgrades, or performance improvements.
  • Managing Customer Flow and Calls Help with overflow of in-store traffic and phone calls. Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience for customers during busy times.
  • Supporting Inventory Management Assist the Senior Technician with managing inventory of tools, parts, and supplies to keep the workspace efficient.
  • Keeping a Professional Workspace Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable workstation that reflects the quality of our service.
  • Adapting to Team Needs Take initiative and assist with additional tasks as needed. Remain flexible and responsive to the needs of the team and customers.
