Position Overview :

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of litigation or civil litigation experience , with familiarity with the Indiana Medical Malpractice Act preferred. The role includes handling healthcare litigation, compliance issues, and professional liability matters.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage aspects of healthcare and civil litigation matters.

Conduct legal research, analysis, and high-quality writing.

Handle court appearances, depositions, and client meetings across Indiana.

Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and appellate briefs.

Maintain strong client relationships and communication.

Support firm initiatives, including presentations and business development.

Stay current on healthcare regulations and industry trends.

Qualifications :

JD from an accredited law school.

Active bar admission (Indiana preferred).

4+ years’ litigation / civil litigation experience.

Experience with the Indiana Medical Malpractice Act is a plus.

Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and professionalism.

Ability to travel as needed in Indiana.
